About the Paintings

In October 2023, I was eight months pregnant with my first baby, on maternity leave, and waiting for her arrival. Little did I know, this time of rest and reflection would spark a newfound passion that would ultimately shape my career. During those quiet moments, I began painting to pass the time, and what started as a simple hobby soon blossomed into my true passion - and now, my career. I’ve always known I wanted to own my own business, but I wasn’t sure what path to take. For a long time, I thought it would be in interior design, thanks to my background in Architecture and Urbanism, as well as my experience working as a staging designer for top staging companies in San Francisco. However, during my maternity leave, I realized I needed to take time to truly get to know myself and explore what made me happiest.
Since my doctor wouldn’t allow me to return to my favorite sport, Pickleball, I turned to painting as a new outlet. As my baby napped, I painted more and more - and that’s when the magic happened.
What began as a small creative outlet soon turned into something bigger, a blessing in disguise. I discovered hidden talents and realized I wanted to share my art with the world and inspire others to follow their dreams.
My first major milestone was exhibiting my artwork, “Flowers and Fairies”, at the Marin County Fair in San Rafael. This was a dream come true and marked the beginning of my journey as a full-time artist and entrepreneur.

Each of my paintings carries its own unique vibe. I never know exactly what will emerge when I begin; I simply let my hand move and my eye guide me. As I start to see forms take shape, I begin to understand where the painting is leading me. The random shapes and patterns I create often steer the process, and I continue until my eye tells me it's finished—when I no longer see anything left to adjust or improve.

This spontaneous approach is what makes my work unique. You never know what to expect, and that's the beauty of it.
